Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?
We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?
We receive Sea cargo once (1) per week, which is shipped on a Wednesday to Jamaica. The Cut-off day to receive packages is Tuesday Morning for Shipment on Wednesday.
When do customs fees apply?
Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?
Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons, including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash, etc. Feel free to visit the Jamaica Customs website to see a list of other prohibited items.
Does your warehouse receive packages on the weekend?
SURE! Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have measures in place to securely collect your packages. Any packages delivered during the weekend will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Customers are required to collect their packages within 4 weeks (28 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell or dispose of abandoned packages to recover storage and handling costs. In addition, if a customer deliberately refuses to pay for a package or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts via phone or email to arrange payment or delivery, the package will also be considered abandoned.
What is your storage fee?
Customers are required to collect their packages within 1 week (7 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will attract a storage fee of $100 JMD per day, until collected.
What is the difference between Air Freight & Sea Freight?
AIR Freight is usually faster and has a 3-4 day wait to receive your package. The cost is rated per LB from the weight of the package and is best suited for Light Items. On the other hand, SEA Freight is generally recommended for heavy items and takes approximately 8-11 Days to be shipped and processed.
